These terms describe how we work with clients. They are a summary of our standard engagement — the specific scope, fees and duration for each client are set out in a separate written agreement.
We provide advertising services: planning, creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, along with related campaign assets such as landing pages, WhatsApp automation and email campaigns where agreed as part of the engagement.
Our management fee is separate from your advertising budget. The advertising budget is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms from the client's own accounts. We do not hold or resell ad budget.
Ad accounts, pixels, tracking data, landing pages hosted on the client's domain, and all campaign data belong to the client and remain in the client's name. On ending an engagement, the client keeps full access to all of it.
Engagements begin with an initial setup period, after which they continue on a monthly basis unless a longer term is agreed in writing. Either party may end a monthly engagement with reasonable notice as set out in the client's agreement.
Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform policy changes, pricing and the client's own response to enquiries. We commit to professional management, transparent reporting and continuous optimisation — we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific cost per lead, or specific revenue.
The client is responsible for responding to enquiries generated by campaigns, for the accuracy and legality of the information and materials they provide to us, and for holding any licences or approvals their own business or advertising requires.
Campaigns are run in accordance with the advertising policies of each platform and applicable UAE advertising regulations. We may decline to run content that breaches either.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi where applicable.
